[00:00:15] In order to get a song popular by christmas time you have to start plugging it well in advance

[00:00:20] It has always seemed to me after all

[00:00:21] That christmas with its spirit of giving o

[00:00:23] Us all a wonderful opportunity each year to reflect on what we all most sincerely and deeply believe in

[00:00:27] And yet none of the christmas carols that you hear on the radio or in the street even attempt to capture the true spirit of christmas as we celebrate it in the unit

[00:00:39] So I should like to offer the following christmas carol for next year as being perhaps a bit more appropriate

[00:00:46] Disapproval would be folly

[00:00:47] Deck the halls with hunks of holly

[00:00:48] Fill the cup and don't say when

[00:00:49] Kill the turkeys ducks and chickens

[00:00:50] Mix the punch drag out the d**kens

[00:00:51] Even though the prospect sickens

[00:00:54] Brother here we go again

[00:00:55] On christmas day you can't get sore

[00:00:57] Your fellow man you must adore

[00:00:58] There's time to rob him all the more

[00:01:39] Sentiment will not endear it

[00:01:40] What's important is the price

[00:01:56] Actually I did rather well myself this last christmas

[00:01:59] The nicest present I received was a gift certificate good at any hospital for a lobotomy
