[00:00:43] In the presidency

[00:00:47] And we can't complain

[00:00:48] Too much about that

[00:00:54] There is a new vice president also in

[00:00:56] The United States and we can't complain too much

[00:00:59] About that

[00:01:04] But the Defence Secretary is the same

[00:01:09] That's the guy who sits in

[00:01:10] The pentagon and organizes wars

[00:01:13] And the reason he was kept on was to show

[00:01:16] That there is there are both

[00:01:18] Elements of discontinuity at the top

[00:01:22] And very strong elements of continuity

[00:01:26] And the reason for that
