[00:01:06] That were comin' from the funnel of that black and dusty engine

[00:01:13] Way down up on that Southern road

[00:01:19] It was 97 the fastest mail train

[00:01:25] That run the Southern line

[00:01:31] And when she pulled in at Lynchburg Virginia

[00:01:37] She was forty-seven minutes behind

[00:01:43] Steve Brady he was an engineerah

[00:03:45] Steve he had a little wife and also two children

[00:03:51] Who were lyin' at home in bed

[00:03:57] They received the sad message saying husband and father

[00:04:03] Now'm is lyin' in North Danville dead
