[00:01:28] Failure is an essential part of success.

[00:01:32] Once you succeed,

[00:01:33] no one will remember your failures anyway.

[00:01:37] Microsoft isn't Bill Gate's first business adventure.

[00:01:41] We have electric light bulbs

[00:01:42] because Thomas Edison refused to give up

[00:01:46] even after 10,000 failed experiments.

[00:01:50] Just make another attempt.

[00:01:52] You either succeed,

[00:01:54] or you have a learning experience.

[00:01:57] Letting go of the fear of failure will serve you well.

[00:02:01] If you're excited about achieving a particular goal,

[00:02:05] but afraid you might not be able to pull it off,

[00:02:08] jump on it and do it anyway.

[00:02:11] Even if you fail in your attempt,

[00:02:13] you'll learn something valuable

[00:02:15] and can make a better attempt next time.
